Recommended applications

Professional two-component adhesive for artificial grass

High-performance two-component polyurethane adhesive, free from epoxy modification and with very low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions. EC1 PLUS certified. Suitable for bonding two rolls of artificial grass onto the appropriate jointing tape (Tape), both indoors and outdoors, in summer and winter, even in the presence of high residual moisture.

This outstanding adhesive must be prepared by thoroughly mixing the two components, pouring the liquid contained in the plastic bottle (hardener) into the tin. Once mixed, the adhesive must be applied within approximately 60 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature.

To correctly bond two rolls of artificial grass, simply lift the edges to be joined, position the jointing tape, spread the adhesive evenly over the tape using a notched trowel, and then carefully reposition the two edges of the artificial grass, bringing them as close together as possible. We also recommend placing weights (such as bricks) along the newly created joint to ensure perfect adhesion between the adhesive and the artificial grass. The surface can be walked on after 24–36 hours.

A 13 kg tin of Adesiver Green allows you to bond approximately 26–33 linear metres of joint, while the 5.5 kg tin provides coverage for approximately 11–14 linear metres of joint.
