The Soltec Steel Washer is a fundamental component for the correct installation of the Floor Slab Anti-Spalling Safety System.

Made of Galvanized Steel with a diameter of 84 mm and a thickness of 2.5 mm, this washer has been designed to ensure optimal load distribution.

Its main function is to be paired with the SBR Washer. By positioning itself between the fastening system and the plastic washer, it prevents premature breakage at the Wire Weld Points of the mesh.

This technical solution allows the system to fully exploit the Tensile Strength of each individual wire, ensuring maximum holding capacity for the Soltec System.

The use of this accessory is essential to comply with the safety standards specified in the Technical Data Sheet and to complete the installation of the specific Anti-Spalling Meshes, available separately:
